There is nothing to complain about; everything was perfect.

Pros: The hotel is located close to historical sights, restaurants, and shops. The room was clean and well-equipped, and the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, always willing to advise and assist with anything. If you arrive by car, there is a guarded parking lot located a 2-minute walk from the hotel.

Brilliant

Pros: The location is in the heart of downtown. Many shops and reasturants around you would not get bored. The staff are lovely, always checking up on you. The room was a brilliant size and very comfortable. I will definitely be staying again. Thank you

Super value in a nicely presented little hotel.

Pros: Fabulous location downtown and near everything you’d need or want to visit. Our studio apartment was terrific. Comfortable size with space for bags. Plateware and a microwave! We enjoyed the healthy breakfasts. Clean and attractive tiled floors and pretty hallway finishes. Great hot water. And a LIFT!!!! It was the perfect finish to our 6wks of travels.

Cons: Would be lovely to have one small towel for hands or floor after showering.

Amazing location, good value for money, nice clean rooms and helpfull staff.

Pros: The location is perfect, its in the heart of the old city. Surounded by many shops, restaurants and atractions. Staff is always nice, and room is clean.

Cons: Its almost my 8th time in the hotel. I always go back to it, but the last 2 times there was a problem with the WI-FI being down - which is stressful - especially if you need to work remotely.
