Very nice place !

Pros: I stayed at Hotel SANDRA for 4 days and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent—right in the heart of downtown—yet my room was very quiet. The internet connection was fast and reliable. The hotel manager is always ready to help and you can count on great advice and assistance, not only for Amman but for traveling around Jordan as well. The rest of the staff are also extremely kind and welcoming. I didn’t miss anything during my stay. Highly recommended!

Great Hotel!

Pros: The hotel is located in downtown Amman, which makes the main attractions easily reachable on foot. It is in a slightly noisy area, but at night you can sleep and rest perfectly well. I loved that they offer airport transportation as well as laundry service. The room was clean, nice, and comfortable. The staff was always very kind, and they provided us with a PDF guide of places to visit in Amman, which we really appreciated. The breakfast war very good too. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons: would have only appreciated having a mirror in a more practical place inside the room and a place to put the shampoo inside the shower. But everything else was excellent

Good Value for money in Amman

Pros: Excellent location. Staff was super friendly. Staff went out of their way to create an itinerary that help us plan our trip.

Cons: Lift does not go to all floors. Breakfast options are limited.

Great staff! Highly suggested for a stop in Amman. The hotel is near to many touristic attraction.

Pros: The staff were incredibly kind and offered many helpful suggestions on how to visit different locations in Jordan, including timing, travel tips, and ways to optimise our itinerary. We were very happy to speak with them at the beginning of our trip, as their advice was extremely useful. Breakfast was very good, opened early, and perfectly suited for guests who needed to leave the hotel early.

Cons: There was a bit of noise from people talking loudly very early in the morning, audible from the room

Pros: Very conveniently located near Jabal Amman, souqs and other popular attractions in Amman. The staff at the hotel were very informative and gave lots of recommendations on things to do in Amman, the best way to book taxis, and even where to find ATMs. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Amman!

Pros: Great location to explore all that Amman has to offer and Yahia and the team at the hotel were beyond helpful. They helped us book other hotels in Jordan at Petra and wadi rum and gave us great advice on our itinerary.
