Pros: I am only giving 10 because of the staff at the reception. Very kind, professional and polite. When it comes to the facilities in the room, it could be maybe a bit renewed and more clean, especially in the kitchenette. But for 2 nights was completely ok.

Enjoyable 1st visit to Jordan

Pros: Didn't have breakfast at the property, as it is more of an apartment style than a hotel -though it does have a 24/7 front desk. Room (Deluxe King) was spacious and comfortable and Wi-Fi connection was very good. Shafiq on reception was very friendly and brilliant and helped us with our trip to Dead Sea, as well as transport back to the airport at the best prices -a lot less expensive that booking with an online tour operator. Would recommend the AlQimah - especially, Shafiq - and also if you need to be near the University. Trip to Petra was good - but allow pleant of time to explore it!

Cons: The location was a bit disappointing - but nothing the hotel can do about that! Despite being on the street next to University of Jordan, there were very few amenities nearby (restaurants and shops etc). If you want to float in the Dead Sea - go when the weather is calm and it's not raining - 'cos it was more like the North Sea on the day we went!

Pros: Staff were really friendly and helpful, they do all their best to meet your wishes. I would highly recommend it.

Great view strategic location

Pros: I booked the roof suite , it was good , the staff were cooperative , the location is great , the view was amazing

Cons: the ac fall short due to large space to cover and one ac was there , the balcony had issues in the chairs but after the first day they replaced it, the parking the hotel have is excellent but if you have large SUV expect some difficulties , going out and in the parking is challenging due to the public street always have traffic and only two lanes for both directions , no tolerance for staying one minute after the checkout even with delays while check-in

Pros: Beautiful, clean and spacious hotel. Professional, helpful and kind staff. We really enjoyed out stay. Best quality for the money. We recommend this place. 10/10
