Amazing stay, highly recommended

Pros: As genious 3 level... rarely writing reviews... but for this hotel I would like to share my opinion Well trained, very friendly & caring staff, special thanks to front desk Mr. Al Attar & to kitchen chef Clean Location Value Breakfast

Cons: Bath tube leaking when taking shower, which is fine but need to scilicon the glass edges More lights in room & caridors are welcomed

Pros: I stayed at Jerssa Hotel in Amman for one week and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was very clean, the food was nice, and the atmosphere was comfortable throughout my stay. What really made the difference was the staff — everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I would especially like to thank Ms. Shahad and Mr. Alattar for their kindness, support, and excellent service. They truly made me feel welcome and taken care of. I would definitely recommend Jerssa Hotel to anyone visiting Amman and would be happy to stay here again.

Pros: The room were quite and comfortable staff at the check-in were amazing

Cons: The process for the checkout was somewhat disappointing. I have asked for extra 30 minutes to prepare my stuff and they told me they would charge half night for this. I am sure that this request would be accepted anywhere in the world free of charge.

Amazing service, great location and value for money

Pros: Gerasa Hotel has a superb location opposite the University of Jordan campus. The staff are amazing - they proved helpful even before I arrived. I loved the breakfast and the overall service is excellent with people going the extra mile.
