Pros: Nice and clean room, it had everything we needed. The room had a coffee, tea, bottle of water, so that was very nice. It's located in a very calm area.

Pros: The hotel staff are lovely people. The hotel itself is quite basic, but it provides everything necessary for a short stay. The room is spacious with a very comfortable bed, and the bathroom is a good size. A nice breakfast is also provided, and street parking is available without concern as it is all monitored.

Pros: It was great comparing to Other Hotels I booked in Amman. It's clean and their resturant food was delicious.

Cons: Unfortunately they are not serving the Customer in a good manner. They need to develop Customer support and Assistance-especially as they are far from City Center.
