Al Jamal Hotel is a new boutique hotel located in the heart of Amman and is near many important places in the city such as the United Nations building, Jordanian University and opposite the King Hussein Cancer Hospital, the Jordanian University Hospital, Diabetes Care Center and the Ibn Al-Haytham Hospital and the Specialist Eye Hospital. Guests can enjoy free high-speed internet WiFi throughout the hotel, daily cleaning services, cool central air conditioning and free parking. All the rooms in the hotel have a bathroom, shower, hair dryer and all toiletries and personal care for free. There is also a kitchen with water heater, microwave and refrigerator in all rooms. There is a Jacuzzi in some family rooms. All rooms have flat screen and free satellite channels. Amazing stay

Pros: The room and the quality of the things used was just amazing. It gives a luxury feel.

Amazing and great

Pros: Cozy and quiet , the manager is very kind and cooperative. Staff is amazing

Cons: Welcome tray doesn't have coffee, only tea. Water bottles were supplied one time during my two nights stay But overall the stay was pleasant

Excellent overall

Pros: Staff were excellent. Location was very good and there was a nearby convenience store. Parking always available on driveway. Didn't try the breakfast so not sure but I would definitely recommend the stay. Booked 3 stays in Amman (including a 4 star hotel) and this was definitely the best overall.

Cons: Only criticism would be the view or lack thereof though this was not much of an issue as we were mostly out and about.

Pros: The staff is really nice and helpful, always responsive, positive and dedicated. For the cleaning, it was also good and the kitchen is equipped is really good. Highly recommended hotel to accommodate!

Pros: The room is actually bigger than what they said on Booking. It's got a little kitchen with an induction stove and a big fridge, although they didn't provide many cooking utensils. They left a bottle of water every day, which was really nice. The staff was super helpful and always there to assist with any little issues I had.

Cons: The hotel is far from the old city center - you gotta take a taxi to get there. One day they forgot to tidy up the room. On the last day, they forgot to leave a bath towel and a hand towel. The WiFi network doesn't allow voice calls on WhatsApp. The TV mostly has Arabic channels.
