Perfect stay in the lovely Amman

Pros: Welcoming atmosphere! Clean, easy to reach , the personnel kind and ready to help . Actually we booked again a room here after the few days Petra visit and for sure next time we will stay here.

Pros: Clean and comfortable, staff is very nice, the breakfast is very good and varied.

Cons: The hotel is situated on a very busy boulevard, not far from the main sights, but nothing is walkable, and we had to take a taxi even for the very small distances.

Pros: Very kind and careful staff, clean, all facilities were properly maintained. Also the parking place is a big benefit and by taxi you are in a few minutes downtown or in the touristic area (actually we walked). We felt super here, for sure next time we'll stay here again. Big big thank you!

Cons: Bed sheets weren’t very well cleaned but the hotel management were receptive to feedback and apologised for the concern.

Pros: The staff were extremely friendly and professional, the room was very clean and comfortable, overall atmosphere was relaxing. The location was excellent and everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Pros: Everything is good, especially mohamad from housekeeping and aziz also and all the reception team .

Cons: When we ordered deliveries they didn't allow them to deliver to our room and they didn't deliver it also so we had to went down stairs to the receprtion every time

Good value, comfortable and clean choice for a night or two in Amman

Pros: Booked this because it came up in a search saying it had a car hire desk. Turns out it didn’t, although staff could probably have sorted something. That said, it was very pleasant and good value. Especially like the large room (suite) which was clean and comfortable, and appreciated the fruit, and tea/coffee facilities

Cons: A car hire desk and a more comfortable pillow!
