Grand Palace Hotel

Pros: We were very pleasantly surprised. The room was wonderful and very spacious. The indoor pool was warm and the view from the outdoor pool was magnificent. Also the receptionists were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel has many options for places to eat and drink and it was very well equipped.

Pros: The facilities are great, such as the pool and the gym. Breakfast is really good. The hotel is old but very clean.

Cons: Location as there are no shops close by.

Excellent hotel

Pros: I really like the breakfast. There were a lot of options and the staff at the diner were very professional and weren’t overwelming, something I quite liked!

Cons: The security guard and the valet were talking about me in Arabic when I arrived and it seemed like they were making jokes about me which in all cases I didn’t quite like. The valet gave the guard 50 dinars as I was just sitting outside and they tried to impress me. They asked where I was from and they assumed I couldn’t understand Arabic. Then I said I can understand some Arabic and they reacted shocked. I tried to mind my own business, but somehow they were a little bit too minded with my business. I think this hotel can do much better as for “welcoming staff”. Honestly the behaviour was a shame because the rest of the staff treated me super nicely.

Pros: The location is strategic and the staff were super friendly.

Pros: Everything. Clean, quiet and comfortable. It is very classy and elegant. The staff is discreet and polite.

Pros: Very friendly staff. We were lucky to be able to do a late check out so we could connect in the best way with the flight that evening.

Enjoy Jordanian hospitality

Pros: Staff are very friendly and helpful. You can use the pool and roof top bar at the connected hotel, the Regency Palace.

Cons: There is no shop within close range. Busy and Abdali neighborhood is walking distance, but the way there is not pleasant for pedestrians.

Pros: The staff were incredible - so polite and friendly and accommodating , they went out of their way to help with everything and anything needed

Cons: The rooms are quite dated in design , and the location is abit noisy as next to a school and motorway

Breakfast buffet was 👌

Pros: Came here for my daughter playing in the fiba basketball. From australia. Perfect and close location to the venue. Breakfast was delicious and heaps of variety. The roof top bas that we used at the regency palace was amazing too.

Cons: The grand taxi tour people. They are a ripp off. The hotel should not recommend it to their guest. The toilet system is very weak. Always got blocked 🤦‍♀️. They need to have smart TV's in the room.

Pros: The best hotel in Amman, we really enjoyed it and it was the best choice, more beautiful than we expected, very clean hotel, fast check in and amazing staff
