Pros: The receptionist was my favorite! I forgot her name sadly. Details: She where’s the hijab and has beaming eyes. Very kind lady and helpful! Thank you 💚! House keeper super nice! Gatekeepers also super friendly! Staff in general made me feel comfortable and safe staying alone for a women. Breakfast is a MUST. Different options. Loved the donuts 🍩! Room was pleasing and quiet. Worked out a bit and used the sauna. Location was super nice! Close to main malls and easy to get to hotel. Thank you all for a pleasing stay really enjoyed. Much love!

I am writing to express my utmost appreciation for the outstanding service and exceptional accommodation provided during my recent stay at Hotel Olive Tree - Amman - Jordan. As a guest, I was truly impressed by the remarkable arrangements and the generous room upgrade that exceeded all expectations. Breakfast was good, and impeccable cleanliness and maintenance of the room were noteworthy. It was evident that every aspect of the suite had been meticulously prepared, leaving no room for disappointment. The comfortable bedding, plush amenities, and state-of-the-art facilities further elevated the overall experience. Moreover, I would like to extend my appreciation to Ms Hanan for the seamless coordination and flawless execution of all arrangements made during my stay. I loved the people there and the service and I do recommend this hotel for everyone.
Pros: I have spent 16 days in this hotel, The staff are very friendly and supportive. Specially the great reception Team ( Rama & Mahmoud ) from day one they were caring that I am feeling comfortable, Also the room which they gave me was very big and nice. The Restaurant team, Security, Housekeeping are Very kind and welcoming. In this hotel you will feel that all staff are caring about your comfort from their heart.
Cons: What I didn't like that the hotel maintenance are poor and need some renovations.

Great hotel, great staff, great value for money!
Pros: I absolutely love this hotel and I recommend it highly to anyone visiting Amman! I've stayed here before and had very positive experiences on all my previous visits; this one did not disappoint. From check-in, manager Majid and Abdul Rahman at the Olive Tree check-in were friendly, courteous and extremely helpful; this continued with the reception staff, porters, cleaning crew--who were not only efficient but unobtrusive--and the buffet catering staff, who were exceptional--a special nod to Shrireen, Joseph and Yumnah, who made my culinary experience fun and full of smiles! I'll also couldn't help but smile at the ever-cheerful, ever-helpful Ibrahim, who kept trying to help me with my small, light rolling case's frequent 20 metre journeys--from hotel to car! Finally, check-out was quick, smooth and worked around my schedule nicely. Another satisfying stay at a well-run hotel!

The stay was nice overall, I stayed for one night, I would probably book it again.
Pros: Most of the staff were nice, good location, good value for money
Cons: They asked for an insurance amount (equivalent of $14), which was refunded to the card within a few hours, but it wasn’t mentioned when I made the booking (or I didn’t see it). Also, There are no amenities in the rooms, such as slippers or toothbrush, and when I called the reception to bring me some slippers, they said they will bring them to the room, but they never did. And every time I leave the property (for dinner or night out), the door man asks me if I am checking out, which was a little bit weird because I never had any luggage with me when leaving the property except my backpack
