Great staff, very kind

Pros: I was moved and upgraded on the first night as the construction noise in the room next to me was terrible. However, they put me in a suite, provided me with a discount for the spa and went above and beyond to make the rest of my stay great. The breakfast is fine. I had a lovely spa experience, much needed after an intense few days of work. The massive selling point for this hotel are the staff, just amazing!

Cons: The wifi can be spotty (great in the living room of my suite, non existent in the bedroom).

Kaya we're to stay in Amman

Pros: Almost brand new hotel, near the Downton of Amman. Very clean, the bathroom had all the necessary (even a razor blade and toothbrush), the food was exceptional. The personnel was very nice. We were filling like home. Highly reccomendable!
