Pros: The location was extremely convenient for our needs. The room was a good size. Friendly staff Clean and comfortable.

Cons: Breakfast got very busy with a large group. Didn't cope with replenishing stock.

Pros: The staff amazing starting from the three security guards, the porters, the receptionist Rowaida and the other Far East Asian lady (Apology I couldn't remember the name) The breakfast restaurant staff

Pros: Everything, the hotel is clean and the price is fair. The design is great and the service is top. This hotel is better than all 5 star hotels I have been to in Jordan.

Pros: Great staff, great service, and great facility. The team Shane, Mohammed Attar, and Raed at fornt desk were very halpful that made me come back and back again. In terms of cleaness it is in the top 10 in Amman and it worth every Dinar you pay here.

Cons: There is no car parking but they have valet 24/7

Awesome! I recommend to stay here

Pros: Very important point: private parking. We stayed here one night: we were upgraded to a beautiful room. The structure is not far from the center: we preferred to leave the car parked and move around with Ubers (very cheap and always available) and then walk through the streets of the center. The hotel also has a very nice private pool and a gym on the top floor. Impeccable cleanliness and staff always available, attentive, precise, friendly and available. The room is soundproofed and we had no problem sleeping. The breakfast offers high quality products. Highly recommended!

Had a great time, loved my stay and will be staying in the Hotel again next time I visit Amman.

Pros: The Hotel was very clean and nice, location was excellent with walking distance to many coffee shops/restaurants and other locations like supermarkets. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times.

Cons: Breakfast was good but always room for improvement.
