Pros: Staff were amazing especially Abood, he helped me a lot when I had an important meeting online. He helped to sort out a stable Internet connection. I really appreciate his help.

Cons: Some broken things on the room, shower, door handle, wardrobe.

Fabulous! Forget other hotels and come here.

Pros: All very good: very SPACIOUS room with a beautiful balcony at main vital street, feels like a suite. Street is filled with restaurants. I like also the location, around 3km walk to Amman University. Room is clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable atmosphere and last but not least, very good price. So you get quality and comfortable stay here!

Pros: Responsive staff, comfy bed, good insulation from street noise

Pros: It was fantastic experience living in this amazingly comfortable hotel. Room is spacious. The hotel stuff treated me so well that made me feel I was at home, especially Mr Nemer Abood and his nephew. They are quite helpful and nice people. I could not believe that I extended my stay there for two times. Fabulous, strongly recommended. Countless thanks to the friends there. All the best
