Great location!

Pros: Great location with warm customer service. And the rooms are large enough to fit family of 4 with a lounge area. Short walk to mall next door is handy!

In general a very good and comfortable long stay in a family suite and will come back to the same place again with hopes

Pros: Next to shopping mall and a distant away from another big mall. Good location to places of interest. Room is spacious and clean. Room service came everyday to clean the room especially kitchen and toilet.

Cons: Hope to see variety of breakfast choices Arabic and European. And also expect to see in future that the breakfast will be provided with different dishes each and everyday especially for a long stay customers. Kitchen in the family suite should be provided with a microwave and some utensils like spoon and fork at the very least. Free drinking water should be top up at least two to three bottles a day. Hope to see the cleaner to vacuum the room or provide the vacuum cleaner for a family suite room. Hopefully to see 24 hrs room service too for food and drink.

Jordan is a beautiful country, lovely people. Rich in history.

Pros: Beautiful hotel. Good breakfast, very nice people, clean. Location is also good - a lot of good restaurants near by (10min by car). In general, people in Jordan are very hospitable and kind. The driving in the Amman is a bit challenging.

Pros: The room is spacious for a small family, the shower is very useful for small babies and toddlers, the kitchen is an added plus, plus its very clean, and in a prime location.

Cons: On my check out I have paid extrabmoney for items used from the mini bar, but later on when i double checked I have found out the the hotel made me pay twice for 2 bottle of water that I have already paid for from the night before from their cafe!

Pros: Good location for a great shopping mall and free parking. Breakfast was wholesome and very tasty

Worth to stay more than one night!

Pros: We been only one night in this beautiful hotel. We booked suite and we got beautiful two bedrooms, two bathrooms and living room. The breakfast was really decent with variety of Arabic and international food offerings. Ratio of paid and what we got was really worth it. Highly recommended!

A great choice for avoiding the busier parts of Amman

Pros: Very spacious room with nice facilities. Comfortable, quiet, good hot water in the shower. Great staff. Easy parking. The location worked well--easy to make day trips out of town and it was right next to the mall where we did shopping. It was Ramadan, so no breakfast buffet, but the hotel provided very good breakfasts delivered to our room. The rooms have microwaves and a mini fridge. There were no plates or utensils or bowls, but we asked the hotel for some and then we were able to buy at the supermarket and prepare/heat up simple food for ourselves for lunch or dinner. Once again, especially nice during Ramadan to be able to do.

Pros: The size of our room wow amazing The sofas the beds comfortable there was a small kitchenette we could have stayed there long term right next door from the shopping mall that had everything you could ask for and begins the hotel an amazing GYM. The room service also was great food was A1

Pros: Amazing hotel on the side of Amman. It was good 20 mins from Amman but it was great for us as we only planned to be one day in the city and it was easier to go to the places we wanted to visit from outside the city. Very luxurious and clean. The staff were amazing.
