Nice and comfortable place with amazing host

Pros: Very nice and cozy hostel. Two steps from Wadi Musa downtown. Ammar is the best host you could find! He will give you all the informarion you need to enjoy the beautiful Petra. He is always willing to help and show you his beautiful city. Thank you for everything! Wish we could have spend more time there and hope to see you sometime again.

Great place with helpful host.

Pros: I recommend this place. The host was really helpful and provided me with useful tips how to visit Petra in the best way. He also left a breakfast for me in the fridge, as I wanted to leave very early to see Petra. He also took me with him, free of charge, to watch the beautiful sunset from the nearby hill.

Cons: Nothing. I really enjoyed my stay.

Pros: The Owner was great and very helpful. The room is renovated and spacious enough. Quite atmosphere. There is nice small garden. Very close to amazing petra and with comfy beds. There is kitchen with utensils. Breakfast was very traditional and very nice. Overall we enjoyed staying over there.

Pros: The place is very comfortable, clean and best accommodation for my whole trip in jordan. Brother Ammar was very helpful and very knowledgeable about locations in Petra.

Comfortable and close to everything

Pros: We were very comfortable there, everything clean, very good place for rest after a day in Petra. The owner care about every detail of our stay there and guide you very well for your Petra visit. We had a delicious Jordan breakfast. The location it is perfect, close to the entrance of Petra and the city center. We enjoyed very much to stay there. Totally recommend!

Pros: The Host Ammar made us feel very at home. He gave us really good tips for our journey.

Ammar is a great host, his enthusiastic attitude, local knowledge made my stay in Petra exceptional.

Pros: The traditional Bedouin style breakfast was good, extra portions were offered. The location of this comfortable, rustic property is only a 10 minute walk down a steep road to the entrance of Petra, the return taking 20 minutes or so to walk back up. The owner, Ammar was very enthusiastic and hospitable and willing to help anyway he could. Also being a local Bedouin he is very knowledgeable, giving me great advice for the two days I was there on how to see Petra to have an unforgettable experience in this very special place. Ammar recommended a very good local restaurant called Elan, only a 15 minute walk away. Naseem at the restaurant made sure customers received excellent food and service in this very clean restaurant at a fair price.

We would have loved to stay for more than one night!

Pros: We loved staying at Casablanca Hostel in Petra! Everyone was super friendly and accommodating, had plenty of helpful information to share about the area, and made us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious! We also received a great recommendation for a local restaurant (Zawaya), which offered amazing Jordanian cuisine as well as pasta and pizza for those who prefer Western food.

Cons: The shower in our room was a bit tricky and may need fixing because the cold water was actually quite hot. Best take your shower in the morning when the water tank (on the roof) hasn't had time to warm up yet.

Really nice Hostel with an awesome Host

Pros: This is a really nice Hostel with a great host. Whatever you need, he is very eager to assist you in any way. so he did to me. The room was very comfortable and nicely designed. Though I stayed there during Ramadan he organised a lunchbox as breakfast, which was great because I left for my next stage of my travels that day.

Cons: Nothing to complain at all.

Pros: Amazing breakfast, friendly host and overall clean room. I would definitely stay there again. Also, the hostel is within walking distance from Petra Visitor Center.
