Good stay

Pros: Parking on the street, comfortable bed and good shower. Fridge and bottled water in the room.

Cons: The reception doesn't really work, you have to inform them when to expect you so they come to let you in. We didn't know, but after some waiting other people helped to call the manager :)

Pros: The Staff is super friendly and helpful! I came to the hotel super tired and Staff organised me the food I wanted and I got room service - soo nice!

Pros: The place was exceptionally clean and presentable. We were so comfortable. We stayed forb1 night to visit Petra and also had the breakfast which the owner Marwan got ready for us kindly at an early time of 6am. Can't understand why anyone would pay for a 5 star hotel when you have fantastic hotels like these. Its a 20- 25 minute down hill walk to the Petra visitor centre and the walk back up is entirely uphill but you can get a taxi back which would take 5 minutes. I absolutely reccomend this hotel. We were a group of 5 which included children and loved it too!

Pros: The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Free parking available.

Cons: The rooms are reached by a few stairs, and while the hot water is best during the day (likely due to solar heating).

Very pleasant stay. The staff made us feel as at home. We would definitely recommend.

Pros: Spacious and clean room with AC and nice bathroom. Super friendly staff, ready to help anytime we asked. Tasty and very abundant dinner and breakfast at a good price. Free parking. Great location only few minutes from Petra but in a quiet area.
