Great hotel

Pros: Lovely room, friendly staff, lovely roof terrace with swimming pool

We loved it, will definitely be back here on our next visit!

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, they also help with organizing snorkeling and glass bottom boat tours or where to get the best food in the area. Amazing roof terrace. The rooms are very nice, balconies overlook the neighborhood and show the sea in the distance, the beds are comfortable. When we needed help with the remote of the AC, the response was within minutes. Seafood restaurants and pizza street within walking distance. Breakfast offers a nice variety of the regular food choices, even including veggies and potatoes for people wanting to avoid gluten.

Cons: The coffee is not great (Arabic or Western, not clear). Just for transparency (we had a bad experience elsewhere): There was a very slight smell in the bathroom where there was no working fan, but it is very clean, and the smell is not noticeable in the room. Some water spills on the floor when you shower, but there are enough towels/a floor mat to take care of that.

Pros: Amazing view from the top, and good breakfast. Staff approached us with a friendly mannier.

Cons: Looks a bit dated The hotel is too big and spacious for my taste - comfort does not come up - like a train station. Feeling might change when fully booked

Pros: Very comfortable bed! Helpful staff and nice rooftop pool.

Cons: The room, especially sheets, didn't seem completely clean (there were visible stains on the sheets). While the hotel lobby is very shiny, the rooftop area is quite neglected.

Good but can do better

Pros: - the receptionist Layana who is very sweet and gives you useful advice on where to eat, have coffee, etc. - the swimming pool at the rooftop - the cleanliness of the rooms

Cons: - the shower is very small and badly designed. You splash water everywhere whenever you take a shower. - the breakfast is very disappointing. The choice is very limited and very few options are available (only local food). Plus, the food/ drinks are not warm enough.

Pros: We had a really awesome time ! The place is clean, rooftop awesome and exactly how showed on the pictures. The staff was kind and helpful and the breakfast was more than good. We also really enjoyed to have access to Berenice Beach for only 13 jd a day !

Pros: Good Hotel, perfectly located near the public beach. It has s great roof swimming pool with also a good restaurant. All the staff (from reception to Chef Imad) are very nice, helpful and make the most to make your stay great!
