Luciana Hotel by FHM

Pros: My favorite hotel. The rooms are clean and have all the essentials. Breakfasts are excellent, and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Special thanks to Wiam and Marwa for the delicious breakfasts and their morning smiles, and to Mohammad, who made sure everything was perfect in the room during my stay.

Well located hotel and very friendly staff

Pros: Room was very nice and staff very helpful. Included breakfast was good but not very imaginative.

Pros: The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly. The room was well equipped with kettle and charging ports. The breakfast was quite good.

Great for Aqaba family stay

Pros: Don't be fooled by the entrace of this hotel, this hotel is totally 10/10 for the price. We got the 5th floor sea-view 2-bedroom suite and the view was great. The rooms were large and were connected. Totally recommended.

Recommended hotel in nice location

Pros: Excellent location, nice large rooms, comfy bed, good wi-fi, kind and friendly staff

Pros: The room was really spacious as we got an upgrade and although the hotel’s located in a busy area, it wasn’t that disturbing during the night. Delicious local breakfast with plenty of choices, the staff answered all of our questions attentively.

Lovely Hotel with friendly staff 🫶🏻

Pros: We had a lovely stay at Luciana Hotel. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, the breakfast was delicious, spacious room, and the location was very convenient — overall, everything felt comfortable and welcoming 🤗 I would definitely recommend the place

Cons: The general cleaning was good, but the details need a bit more attention. For example, there was visible dust on the bedside lamp. With a small revision of these details, the experience would be even better.

Pros: The hotel is relatively new (3 years old in October 2025). It is clean; rooms are absolutely huge; the staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast is excellent; there is an omelette station. Location is great. There is hotel parking in front of the building but it is limited, maybe 6/7 but it is not difficult to find street parking. For a 3 star hotel it is superb.

Cons: I booked a room with a sea view. My room was on the 3rd floor and although the sea can be seen there are buildings hindering the view. I asked to be moved to the 4th or 5th floor but there was no availability. I would suggest to other guest who have booked sea view rooms to request the 4th of 5th floor when checking in. This is not a negative but it is a recommendation for management so they can further improve, with very little effort, an already good hotel. The room would benefit from a seating area; the large room size would easily allow it accommodate a table and couple of chairs. Some display pieces on the walls of the rooms and corridors would make the hotel feel much warmer.

Pros: Reception staff, room cleanliness, and value for money.

Cons: Restaurant staff. Too busy texting and having coffee.
