Pros: Alena Hotel made our stay in Aqaba unforgettable, especially with the fresh breakfast offering a great variety. The staff helped us sign up for a last-minute beach trip. The view from our room over the mountains was also stunning.

Pros: Nice hotel, not as nice as on pictures but still it is noce, the staff is helpful. Nice rooftop area.

Cons: Water in swimming pool was really cold, although it was October but still it was too cold for swim, the rooms are really small, and location of hotel is not the best,not worst but still not the best.

Great stay at Alena

Pros: The hotel staff was very supportive, and Ms. Monira very kind and helpful. The best of the hotel is the personnel. The size of the room is good enought for a stay of 3 or 4 days. The hotel is little bit far from the shore, but it is easy to move around the city from the location.

Cons: The breakfast is not fully adapted the western taste. Sometimes it isn't easy to find a parking place near the hotel.

Pros: The staff were very nice people who helped us a lot. They made our stay enjoyable and welcomed our needs with fun and joy.

Cons: The hospitality and location of the hotel. All places are closer than what we thought.

Pros: Room was spotless and modern with a great shower. The team were so lovely and helpful and helped to arrange a snorkeling trip which was great value. Also felt very safe as two female travellers. Can't recommend it enough!

Pros: The staff, especially the girl working in reception was one of the best people I have ever met. She gave us all the tips and helped us find all the best places around Aqaba, so we can feel comfortable and get to see the city on it’s best. We were travelling as a group of girls only.

Pros: The place was clean and 5 minutes walk to downtown. Breakfast was great and the staff were very helpful.

Cons: Unfortunately we only had hot water the first day we arrived because the hotel was fully booked.

Pros: This hotel was a perfect choice while visiting for a conference. Monera at reception helped with arranging laundry and other incidentals. There are lots of restaurants a short stroll around the hotel.
