Great Value in the Heart of Downtown Amman

Pros: We had a very pleasant stay at Layali Amman Hotel. The hotel offers excellent value for money and is right in the heart of Downtown on a lively street. While you can hear some street noise, the location is unbeatable: within walking distance to the Citadel and directly across from the Roman Amphitheater. From here, it’s easy and enjoyable to stroll along the Rainbow Street. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast is definitely worth highlighting. The ladies preparing breakfast do an amazing job, with fresh waffles, pancakes, and delicious local Jordanian dishes. The rooms are solid and comfortable. If you’re not looking for luxury, this hotel is perfect for a city trip, offering a great location and excellent price-performance ratio.

Well located little hotel with very friendly staff at a good price.

Pros: The breakfasts were excellent, varied, the service very attentive and kind. The hotel is right in the city center, close to the main tourist attractions, there is a large parking lot nearby, where there was always a free space. The young lady at the reception gave us a lot of good advice. Tea and coffee are available at the reception 24/7. The room was clean, with a view of the ancient Roman theater.

Cons: Since the hotel is on a busy street, you can hear car horns late into the night and early in the morning. The shower is just made with a plastic curtain.

Pros: Friendly staff,Chef Mama and Roz made special breakfast for us,also all the staff in reception,especially Saja,she is very kind and pleasant person. The hotel is very close to all sightseeing in the town and to all restaurant and souks.

Perfect location, nice people, comfortable stay, tasty breakfast

Pros: The best location, right amongst the action in Downtown. Decent size room, very comfortable bed. Nice staff, Saja at the front desk. Lovely breakfast courtesy of Chef Mama & Chef Roz. Very good value

Cons: Some noise but the windows are pretty sound proof. Shower pressure wasn’t great.

Pros: Everything was perfect. The location is the best! The staff are very kind, especially Chef Mama, Chef Rose, Saja and the other girl on the reception. Friendly people, clean rooms and the rooftop is a nice touch.
