Pros: The manager of the Hotel is very helpful person and organize tours in a logical prices.

Comfortable place to stay - I can only recommend

Pros: The location of this hotel is simply perfect - you enter it from the main street in the very center of Amman via a cleverly placed elevator. The room was clean with a nice bathroom and fridge, a comfortable bed and a wonderful balcony overlooking the Theater. The great thing about this hotel is its staff - everyone I spoke to was very warm and helpful. This was not my first stay in Amman and I examine different hotels at every occasion, but I would love to return to this particular one.

Pros: My view was amazing. They also offer taylored tours and i am crazy to come back to go to the many other places i had not the chance to go.

Pros: Considering the price, we were completely satisfied with our stay. The staff were very kind and friendly, the breakfast was very good, the location was perfect, and the bed was very comfortable.

Big nice rooms

Pros: Very big rooms, a hot water in bath rooms, wonderful view from a window. Working air conditioners. A tasty breakfast. Good location

Best of the best

Pros: Housed in one of oldest buildings of Amman right opposite Roman theatre, ideally located with the best organised arrangements. The owner and staff of the property are the most decent and hospitable hosts. Will come to Jordan again just to stay in this hotel.

Cons: There is nothing that cannot be liked

Centre of Town, lively, busy and everything was within walking distance.

Pros: We were right in the centre 'downtown', it was a busy noisy street, it was full of life and people. I loved every bit of my stay in Concord Hotel although I only used up 3 of the 7 nights that I paid for. Ibrahim at the front desk was a fast-thinker who is always one step ahead, always offering what might be needed. Everyone in the hotel was so nice, I wanted to adopt all of them and take them home. Everything was available within walking distance and my view from the porch was the Roman Theatre ... that was cool! The ones who brought us from the airport, and back to the airport were really good guys, easy to talk to and very friendly. 'Friendly' should be the name of the hotel because everyone was so friendly and accommodating.

Pros: I was honestly surprised by the exceptional experience at Concord Hotel in the heart of Amman. The cleanliness, hospitality, and overall atmosphere were far beyond my expectations. Despite being very reasonably priced, the hotel truly delivers a five-star experience. A special thanks goes to Mr. Ibrahim at the reception, who was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. His kindness and warm attitude made the stay even more enjoyable. The combination of affordable prices, top-notch service, and genuine hospitality makes this hotel a hidden gem in downtown Amman. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, value, and excellent service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
