Layaali Amman Hotel Airport Pickup

Pros: Emy, Saja on reception were very friendly and organised our trips for us. The food by all the chefs was very tasty and delicious 😋 Fasil kept our room extremely clean. And our pickup driver was fantastic. The team are absolutely amazing. Great stay. Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pros: I stayed in this hotel twice during my travels and would choose it again. The staff (receptionists, cleaners, the staff at breakfast) and the location were superb, plus we had a nice view over the Roman Theatre. The room size was OK, it was clean and well-equipped, the bed was super comfy and the breakfast was tasty. The taxi arrived on-time, the driver was skilled and chatty.

Cons: If you have a street-facing room, opening the windows for fresh air might not work as it's a road with huge traffic.

Pros: Proximity to Historical sites and free airport transfer.

Pros: Heel hartelijk dank aan het hotelpersoneel, ze waren erg vriendelijk en ons verblijf was fantastisch. Veel dank ook aan Chef Mama voor haar vriendelijkheid en het heerlijke ontbijt.

Pros: フロントスタッフのSajaはとても親切で丁寧に仕事をしてくれました。いつも笑顔で話してくれて、毎朝会うのが楽しみでした。 朝ごはんも美味しかった。 掃除をしてくれていた女性もいつもにこやかに挨拶してくれました。

Cons: 夜中にフロントに連絡して、冷たい風しか出ないと伝えて毛布を持ってきてもらいましたが、そのことが引き継がれてなかった。

Value for money

Pros: Booked the hotel online, notified them about my airport pickup timings and lo and behold, I was greeted at the aiport with my name on a placard and I was driven to the hotel immediately. Check-in was seemless and breakfast was good. Contained a good healthy variety of items. Check-out was equally easy and they arranged for a taxi back to the aiport. The hotel was conveniently located a few steps away from the Roman Theater - very much walkable. Overall, it was good value for money with good service and friendly staff.
