Good stay in Amman

Pros: The location was great, just a few minutes’ walk from the center, shops, and restaurants. We were given a room upgrade upon arrival, and it was very nice. A special mention to Yousif at reception, who greeted us so warmly, providing us with everything we needed, and most importantly, making excellent recommendations for local restaurants to try—really delicious!

Good location and sweetest people.

Pros: The location of the hotel is really good if you are looking to visit downtown Amman. Everything can be done by foot. Without having to book a taxi or use the car. The best part are Laith and Youssef who were so sweet and available. They were always making sure everything was going well for me and that I wasn’t missing anything. Thank you to both of you :))))

Pros: The hotel staff is very helpful and gave attention to all my needs and requirements. Then we have the tourist guide manager Mr.Khaled Ady who provides excellent guided tours to all over Jordan .He has his own car, well connected at all the tourist places of Jordan like Wadi Rum , Petra ,Aqaba Dead Sea ,Karak, Jerash, Ajloon Amman etc.He is well experienced, smart working 💪 full of energy and very knowledgeable. I recommend to book tours with him which are very reasonably priced and value for money.

Comfy beds close to the city centre

Pros: Location was fantastic, just outside the hustle of the main centre and bazar. Very close to the Citadel and the Roman theatre. The room was fine with comfy beds and good AC. We didn't have breakfast since we left at 4:30 am but were told that the breakfast is freshly prepared. The best part was the staff, they were extremely helpful: to the extent that one of them lend us 50 JOD to pay our taxi driver and made us coffee at 4 am! You have to take stairs to get to the main reception, but again the helpful staff helped us to carry the luggage so it was not a problem at all. Overall, very reasonable price and I will stay here again, but will request a room with an updated bathroom.

Cons: The bathroom was completely outdated and not very clean, and the floor towel was not clean.
