Pros: The lady on reception let us check in early and it was very clean. We had food and she stored it in their fridge and heated it up for us when asked - She made the stay amazing

Pros: Great location, value for money, good wifi, nice helpful staff, outdated but clean

Cons: They said they would arrange a taxi to wait for us at the airport but no one was there. Good communication though - when we texted them they apologised and we sorted out the transfer ourserlves The dirty stairs to the second floor (where the hotel is)

Nice staff, location and room.

Pros: The room was really clean, big, and they changed it for a private bathroom room instead of a shared bathroom one, so that was so nice from the staff. The staff is really kind and the location is great, as this hotel is really close to the city centre and the most touristic attractions, such as the Roman theatre or the Citadel.

Cons: There is not a kitchen, just a dining room with tables and chairs, and some tea. I would expect a kitchen or minimum a refrigerator in case customers want to eat something at the property.
