Amazing hospitality

Pros: I can tell this hotel is going to be beautiful soon, they were re painting/renovating when I was there and so far it looks amazing, the two staff me and my partner met were the kindest and so helpful we’ve never felt so welcomed before it was a perfect start to Jordan for us we even extended our stay, our room was spacious a comfy bed with warm AC. Amazing hospitality and great hotel, 10/10 thank you.

Pros: The location is fantastic. We easily find parking in front of the hotel. Some kind of renovation they have, but they manage everything to have the kitchen facilities and the breakfast was nice. They really wanted to have a good time there.

Cons: At the receptions they clicked that we didn't get there, so booking wrote to me late afternoon, we confirmed that we are in the hotel. The guy didn't speak English well to tell us what happened, after a few days from our credit card was paid again the hotel service, I checked with booking and the bank, everything is ok, but the refund still doesn't arrive. I know it will after a month or two,but it was a little discomfort for me.

Pros: Great property with lovely hosts! Made our stay in Jordan a breeze.

A pleasent surprise

Pros: We had a short stay of 10 days at City Citadel Hotel in Amman, and overall it was a pleasant and satisfactory experience. The hotel’s location is very convenient, providing easy access to key areas of the city. The staff were professional, welcoming, and responsive to requests, which contributed positively to the stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, free access to wifi and kitchen room with all the necessary stuff from microwave and dishes. I would recommend City Citadel Hotel to travelers looking for a practical and well-located accommodation in Amman.

Pros: Issam was amazing, helped me with anything throughout the stay. The hotel is clean, facilities are good

Pros: Every thing was fine, the room was clean and comfortable

Convenient and practical with good access.

Pros: Host received us with care and helped getting a mew local sim card. The property was clean. It is very close to city centre and all other places where any tourist would love to stroll around.

Pros: Very central to downtown, roman theatre and more. Very Friendly staff

Cons: Our king suite was often accompanied by night performances or events next door finishing around 11pm
