Comfort Hotel Suites

Pros: Located in the middle of an upper class area of Amman, very convenient if you have a car. There are many good restaurants and cafes around. Staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. Our family booked 2 deluxe king suites and each one was huge. You can tell that it’s not a new hotel from the look of its facilities but everything was well taken care and still in great condition.

Pros: The suite was excellent, and we received a complimentary upgrade. The location is perfect, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Pros: We stayed as a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids) in a suite, and it was a great experience. The room was spacious, very clean, and the hotel was easy to find. It's located in a vibrant area close to restaurants and shopping malls, which made everything very convenient. What really stood out was the staff—they were incredibly helpful and kind. This is truly the hotel's greatest strength. I had accidentally double-booked a room, and not only did they notify me, but they also cancelled the extra booking free of charge, even though the free cancellation period had passed. They genuinely go above and beyond to make sure guests enjoy their stay. Highly recommended!

Pros: First of all, the location is ideal, not far from city centre You can find a penny of supermarket nearby. The room is comfortable; not noisy Staff are kind Price is is very good

Pros: The staff was incredibly friendly, A special shoutout to Malek, who was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. The hotel room had a connecting door to the neighbouring room, When you open the door, you find a board that separates the two rooms. which made it far from soundproof. For a hotel, this setup is disappointing. You could hear everything from the other room.

Pros: Highly recommended! The staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, flexible, and positive, and they assist us with everything we ask for, even things beyond their usual duties. They helped us with buying water and delivering it to our room, even though they weren't obligated to. Truly outstanding service! Furniture: The size of the room was big, and the king bed was super comfy! About what we didn't like: everything was great, nothing missing, just recommend them to add breakfast option service, and the rooms not so isolated, but it was not so noisy

It was good for a one night stay

Pros: I Liked the size of the apartment, the location was excellent , and the staff were very friendly.

Cons: The furniture were too old. The ventilator system in the bathroom, was too much loud that you can hear it from the bedroom.

Pros: The staff were all very friendly. Mustafa who was on the desk in the mornings helped us a lot with transport and a day trip to Jarash. The location was surrounded by grocery shops, bakery, eateries and many other shops.

Room, services, and location are excellent.
