Great area. Good experience with staff and management. They are professional and courteous.

Pros: Great location. It is nestled in the center of an urban area. Semi-residential, with a mall around the corner. I enjoyed my nightly strolls. Friendly and safe area.

Cons: Not much to be honest. I went in with humble expectations and pleasantly surprised.

Pros: موقعه في حي مليء بالخدمات السعر مناسب الموظفين طيبين وخاصة رجل الامن ابو محمد وموظفين الاستقبال

Cons: استخدام المصعد ما يفتح الا بمفتاح الغرفة عدم وجود افطار في الفندق لكن الفندق يتطور باستمرار

Pros: فندق جميل ،موقعه رائع ومميز بسبب قربه من مول غاليريا ،ومخبز السفراء الرائع ،موظفين محترمين واشكر الآنسة ايمان على حسن الاستقبال ،ولكن تفاجأت بوجود ملهى ليلي في الفندق لااعرف باي طابق ،استيقضت فجرا على صوت الموسيقا ،فهو ازعاج كبير .

Cons: وجود ملهى ليلي هذا جدا مزعج ،يجب على البوكينغ ان يوضح دللك من خلال اوصاف الفندق ،او تكون ملاحظة مهمة عن الفندق .

Pros: Room is spacious and clean. The shower water pressure was the only room issue. I booked this hotel because is close distance to Jett bus station (transportation to Petra and Dead Sea). The security person working there makes sure that you ride a safe taxi. I felt protected and safe walking in the neighborhood. There are restaurants and shops around including an English speaker pharmacist (few steps away) which it was helpful when I needed to buy cold medication.
