Nice hotel, Busy Area, but Noisy

Pros: Nice hotel with friendly staff and surrounded by shops and Resturants. 22 minute drive from the airport a good plac to stay if you have an early flight home

Cons: Call for pray at 5:30am from the Mosque just down the road. Not the place to stay if you want piece and quite or a sleep in. It went on for 10 minutes. My alarm was set for 6am so I wasn't too upset.

Good value for money, nice staff, amazing food and very good hotel in general

Pros: 20 mins from airport and 30 mins from the bridge crossing to Palestine. Ideal location for a quick stay. Breakfast was amazinggggg 10/10!!

Cons: The bathroom is outdated. We needed to put the hot water on but no one told us to do it so we had a cold shower first night.

Pros: The staff at reception were excellent, always polite and accommodating. Our room was nice and clean when we asked for room service. The AC worked well. The barista was kind and polite, even making us a special breakfast when we got the breakfast times wrong. The omelettes were delicious. The hotel is also well located, in a very central part of Marj al Hamam, close to inexpensive shops, cafes and restaurants. For the price we paid per night, this was really good value for money.

Cons: The TV wasn't working, and it continued not to work after someone tried to fix it for us. However, I didn't push the issue, and it wasn't a big deal. A kettle in the room would have been a good idea, particularly as we stayed just over 2 weeks. However, one of the receptionists did make sure we had one for the last few nights of our stay.

Kindness, gentleness, high understanding and hospitality

Pros: The guy on the welcoming reception was so kind and helpful; location of the hotel is awesome, has everything needed besides, breakfast is delicious and has the needed different types which are good for a good starting of the day.

Great Hotel, Quiet Location

Pros: This hotel really suited me to a tee. I was looking for a quiet, comfortable and affordable hotel outside of the busy Amman city centre and close to the airport. This hotel was perfect for all of this! The staff were very friendly and really helpful, and I was able to check in no problem after my late flight arrived around midnight. Breakfast was nice, as was the delivered food in the evening at a very decent price. The room was quiet and very spacious. It was easy to take a taxi into town, and only cost around 5JOD. It was also only around 15JOD to the airport. The local area has lots of eateries and a good Safeway supermarket a short walk away. I'm very glad I chose this hotel for my visit to Amman.

Pros: The staff is very welcoming and the hotel is nice. It worth the money. They provide transportation services and that service is very good and the prices are fair. Thank you.

Cons: Each two rooms has a shared door. If that door can isolate the sounds, it could be great.
