Pros: Location is nice, excellent value for money. Bustling markets across this property. Warm & welcoming reception staff members, they are courteous. I had standard single room booked but was upgraded to a Deluxe suite upon arrival at the property, was surprised by this gesture of the reception staff and their professional customer service to delight guests. Cleanliness is maintained round the clock & Housekeeping staff are diligent. Mr. Yousef Khamis is impeccable in his work. Recommended for business travelers or attending exhibitions/meetings as many companies' head offices are in proximity to this property.

Cons: Nothing, but parking is bit of a squeeze but manageable. Nothing to dislike.

Pros: Room and Bathroom clean and comfortable. The bed was perfectly comfortable! I slept amazing. Room was provided with a watercooker and a well working mini fridge.

Cons: Traffic right in front of the door is absolutely madness. But that's a general thing for Amman.
