Pros: Staffs are all accommodating and always wearing a smile in their faces.

Cons: Breakfast always makes us full enough to starve again after strolling, but needs more variety.

Pros: Staff here is very helpful and welcoming, always trying to accommodate your needs. This is my second stay in the apartments & I am truly enjoying it. Great for staying with kids, as rooms provide kitchen necessities and a fridge.

Pros: Professional staff Good value for money. Good hot shower water. Comfy bed and pillows. Very good room lighting.

Cons: Noise from other rooms reached my room. Noise cancellation must be improved between doors and walls. Bathroom is bit small and not very comfy. Some lights did not work. Parking garage is a bit of a challenge.

Pros: The personal were wonderful, you always came home to a cleaned and quiet apartment. Recommended!

Cons: The bathroom door inside the apartment couldnt be closed, little bit strange for two newly wed.

Comfortable Stay with Friendly Staff

Pros: The location is great, and the rooms are spacious. The receptionist, Bayan, along with the other two staff members, was friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was enjoyable with a lot of varieties and the white cheese is really delicious. Our apartment was roomy, a two-bedroom unit for four people, and included two bathrooms, which I really appreciated. Complimentary bottled water was provided daily, since tap water isn’t safe to drink, which is common throughout Jordan. The room was equipped with a kettle, mugs, and a selection of tea and coffee. Tissue packs were also provided, and housekeeping was done daily.

Cons: The breakfast area is located on the basement level (-1), which feels a bit neglected. It only has four to five tables and no internet access. Moving the breakfast area to the rooftop with open-air seating would significantly improve the atmosphere. The bathrooms require maintenance, the taps are heavily calcified, which gives them an unclean look. The bidet water pressure is very low. After using the shattaf, it takes around 15 minutes before it can be used again. I reported this issue to the receptionist, but it seems the plumbing system needs more thorough maintenance. During our nine-night stay, sheets and pillowcases were only changed on the last day. However, linens should be changed and cleaned regularly, not just straightened up. If this is important to you, be sure to request it explicitly.

Cons: The breakfast selection wasn’t what we were used to so limited option for us, and only two hot options, one being boiled egg always and the other changing every day from hot veg mix, egg and potato mix and others etc however there was things to choose from, The kitchenette didn’t have anything to clean plates with like a sponge or soap, and just other small things said to be in the room that weren’t but we asked reception for it and they gave it to us. The water pressure isn’t great but we learnt a lot of places in Jordan are similar, also the hot water system was hit and miss,

Quite new facilities and very clean

Pros: Very new and clean. Good value for money. I would go back again. Very good internet in my room.

Cons: Although the staff was very friendly, it took me several days to change my reservation through Booking. At the end It worked out. The breakfast was ok but not very varied.

Pros: The breakfast offered was delicious and had a great variety of options to choose from. The entire place was very clean, making the stay comfortable and pleasant. Additionally, the location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation.

Pros: Friendly staff, room is spacious and modern. It has everything you need, great value for money.

Cons: Room was a bit smelly from nicotine (But I guess that's still common in the area), furniture is a bit crooked. Kitchen could be better equipped (only 1 spoon present) and cleaner. These are minor points though, overall would recommend.
