Great service

Pros: The staff were very helpful , they covered every request with haigh care and pleasure the facilty is more than covenient and location was great. Special thanks to everyone especially Omar and Abdullah at the reception. Thank you for making my stay comfortable.

Pros: we had a car, so travelling to Amman center and other locations was smooth. Hotel is ok, it is quiet and safe area. In general Amman seems very safe.

Pros: Great experience at Capri Hotel Amman! The staff is professional and welcoming, everything is very clean, and the location is excellent. With a few modern touches or renovations, the hotel would be absolutely perfect. I’d be happy to come back—even at a higher rate—if those improvements were made!

Decent hotel for a decent price - would recommend

Pros: The suite is bigger than my apartment back home The bed is super comfortable Facilities are decent The highlight is definitely the european type coffee shop next to hotel with 30% discount for hotel customers

Cons: The personnel didn't tell us neither about breakfast nor the 30% discount, we had to figure everything out by ourselves The suites are surface cleaned, not deeply. Lots of dead bugs near the windows

Pros: Perfect location, friendly staff and helpful. Rooms are large and very clean. Highly recommended.

Cons: The room was a bit cold and the window leaks when it's raining, not a big issue.

Pros: The owner is very nice helped me with travel information, and other local general cultural info. especially in wedding party! Other staffs are very friendly, the security helped to to pick up luggage when I still in the road opposite side, the reception also very helpful!

Pros: The Capri Suites is perfect for what I needed. The staff are really helpful and friendly and super responsive. I will definitely stay here again! The bed is super comfortable.
