Accomodating, clean and comforatable!

Pros: Helpfulness of the staff members to accommodate my mom and sister!

Cons: I wanted to upgrade the room for my family via the Booking.com facility but there was no option but to cancel and re-book, which would have cost more than a simple upgrade. I hop they improve on this matter to allow for an upgrade option during the stay.

A comfortable and cozy apartment with nice city view!

Pros: It's a clean and comfortable apartment with nice city view! The staffs were very helpful even they don't really speak a lot of English. The location is in the city center and easy to find a lot of restaurants, grocery stores and various shops.

Cons: There was no washing machine in our apartment so the information of booking page was wrong. But the staffs moved a small washing machine to our room so we could wash our clothes!! They were really helpful!!

Temiz bir odada rahat şekilde kalabildik.

Pros: Güler yüzlü karşılandık. Herşey için çok yardımcı olundu. Gitmek istediğimiz yerleri çok güzel tarif ettiler. Konumu iyi bir yerde.

Cons: Şehirde trafik yoğunluğu çok fazla. Otelin kendine ait park yeri var.

Pros: موظف الاستقبال الاخ عبدالرحمن لطيف ومتساعد جدا اعد لنا برنامج سياحي قام بالاتصال مع الشركات والتنسيق معهم لم تكن هذه الخدمه ضمن شروط الحجز فقط من طيبه وطيب اصله الكريم

Pros: Das Bett war komfortabel, man hatte weitere Sitzmöglichkeiten. Außerdem gab es viele Optionen, um sich in der Nähe des Hotels Essen zu kaufen.

Cons: Trotzdem wir im 6. Stock übernachteten, konnte man den Verkehr dauerhaft hören. Ausstattung der Küchenzeile könnte besser sein.

bestes Preis-Leistung-Hotel in Amman mit super Personal und guten Zimmern

Pros: Das Personal ist super nett und hilfsbereit, bestens gelaunt und positiv! Gute Lage da viele Geschäfte, Restaurants und Kaffees in unmittelbarer Nähe Parkplätze direkt vor dem Eingang bestes Preis.-Leistungsverhältnis für Amman großes Zimmer mit viel Ausstattung und sauber! Mega-Stadt-Aussicht

Cons: Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das allermeiste funktioniert noch etwas mehr als 1 Stunde Fußmarsch ins City-Center - aber das weiß man vorher und für uns hats gepasst (Gelegenheit die Stadt zu sehen)
