Хороший вариант в близи ТЦ.

Pros: Соотношение цена - качество. Номера уже требуют ремонта, но есть всё необходимое, чайник, посуда, холодильник. Вода без перебоев, стоит бойлер. Есть ванные принадлежности. Ночью было тихо. Было место, куда поставили велосипед на хранение - за это отдельное спасибо. Кровать удобная.

Cons: В номерах пора делать косметический ремонт.
