Perfect stay

Pros: Great experience, super comfortable bed and amazing food! Staff are very helpful and organised everything - the desert trip was organised very easily on arrival with a lovely man.

In the middle of nowhere, you feel home!

Pros: The breakfast and dinner were exceptional! extremely courteous and welcoming staff! They make you feel overly welcome and more! The rooms and toilets are very clean, but very basic. Excellent communication as well!

Pros: The staff is friendly and helpful and has a nice view of a mountain in front of the tents.

Cons: Slightly closer to the road and there is movement of vehicles to connect but this could be true for most places as well.

Excellent 👍 will definitely come back for few days

Pros: Everything is just excellent. We had limited time on the New Year Eve Day but the hotel handled everything hundred percent professionally. Service is something special there. Just small example, being Spanish we tried to acquire some grapes for the new year but it was absolutely impossible to buy them in any local store on the way there. We ask the Reception and the Hotel just said no problem will make it happen and they did. Small thing, but important.

Pros: I loved this place !!! an amazing experience ! The staff were soooo friendly and helping a lot ! The room was superb (view on the desert) and an amzing dinner at night ! I will never forget my visit at sun city camp ! I recommend

Excellent! The staff are key to the experience

Pros: We LOVED our stay at sun city camp! The domes were beautiful, the atmosphere was tranquil except at dinner time when everyone came together! But the best aspect was the team - they were incredibly attentive, kind and friendly and made the whole trip worthwhile. Thank you SO SO much Hesham, Abu Faris and Mahmoud - the dream team of hosts! My only feedback would be more entertainment/shows in the evening but the pro’s definitely outweigh the cons!

Our desert home! Wonderful.

Pros: Everything. It felt like a home away from home in the middle of one of the most beautiful places on earth. We stayed for 2 nights and we felt we wanted longer! Haytham was/is a wonderful host, he made us feel comfortable and nothing was impossible to make the stay as happy as it could be. He even helped us get back my coat we left in a previous hotel in Petra!!! The food, the experience and the Martian tent we couldn’t recommend enough. If you want authentic and 5 star experience this is your place.

High level of comfort in Wadi Rum desert

Pros: Luxurious, clean, grand. Elaborate buffet in the evening, proper breakfast in the morning. Friendly and helpful staff that cater to your every need. Large room type (Martian tent) with spectacular front row views. Many activities available, which can be booked last minute (albeit pricy)

Cons: It’s one of the bigger and nicer camps, making it popular for groups and larger bus tours. Quite close to the road, and also to some off road tracks leading into Wadi Rum, so a bit of traffic. East facing, rather than west, meaning there are no sunset views. A sunset excursion by jeep is available, but very pricy. No drinks included in evening buffet, not even water
