Pros: Great location, good service on the beach and very friendly and helpful staff. We would like to thanks Rakan for upgraded our room.

Fantastic stay at the Dead Sea

Pros: Great hotel resort along the Dead Sea. Listed as 'East Hotel' but is actually called 'Grand East Hotel'. Easy access to the beach, which was equipped with a bar, mud and showers. The food at the restaurant was delicious too. Only had a single night there, but the pool area looked very family friendly.

Cons: The GPS location took you across the street

Cons: The hotel was showing some signs of aging (toilet paper holder was falling off the wall). While they aren't bad and didn't affect my experience, they are quite noticeable. If you don't mind that, this hotel is a great place to stay

Pros: Great location with several swimming pools and clean private beach (transport by a golf buggy), well maintained hotel, well equiped rooms with comfortable beds, nice service, very good breakfast. Would return back again.

Pros: We chose this hotel is absolutely rush. Cause we’re didn’t plan to stay near Dead Sea in advance. Any way girl at reception was very kind to us his explanation about hotel was clear and easy to remember. Two word about hotel : exceeded expectations. Easy access to Dead Sea through garden. Mud bath on the beach. Hotel has 4 pool ( 1 only fur women). 3 slides good for kids. Food was good. I’m a fan of sweets and try every dessert there

Pros: Great hotel on the shore of Dead Sea. The room is clean and spacious, with great view of the Dead Sea. Breakfast is diverse and tasty. Free valet parking, good wi-fi, friendly staff. Big territory with pools and slides for the kids. The beach and access to the sea is private with showers and rescue guys, about 5 minutes walk from the hotel downhill, but there is a free shuttle you can also use. The sea and the sand is clean.

Great facilities, lovely views

Pros: Great views of the Dead Sea. Nice enough buffet for dinner, certain speciality dishes, certain we'd had better elsewhere. Large venue which was empty during the off season when we visited. Caught a belly dance entertainment for free which enhanced the otherwise overly quiet atmosphere.

Cons: The beach area was not the cleanest for the Dead Sea, but having not been before I don't know if that was seasonal/normal etc.
