Pros: Best staff ever!! We reached very late, we reached the next morning instead of the day when we were supposed to checkin due to flight delay. The hotel staff was kind enough to let us do a late checkout and also saved us some tasty breakfast. They provided us a lot of water bottles too, and then called a cab for us to go to Wadi Musa town from there. The hotel room was also very spacious and the bathroom was also very good.
