A friendly and welcoming stay in the heart of Madaba

Pros: Mark at the front was terrific and contacted before we arrive to help us check in. He also went out of his way to help us with every request along with all the rest of the staff. They are kind welcoming and very responsive.

Cons: The property was undergoing renovations at the top for their new restaurant so it was a bit loud during the day at times but couldn’t be helped.

Highly recommend, true hidden gem

Pros: Great hotel in the the middle of a beautiful city. The staff has been amazing with us, recommended us very good local restaurants near by with discounts and free pass to St John’s church. We loved it so much we changed our plan to spend one more night there on our last day back from Petra, and they not only remembered us but greeted us and made us feel like family. And only 25min away from Amman airport! 10/10!! Can’t wait to go back and enjoy a local beer and the sunset on the rooftop with its amazing views. The beds are soooo comfy and very clean all around. We can only say, thank you so much St John’s hotel, you really did make a difference in our holidays and hope to be back soon. Irene Valderrama Melvin Gavard

The location, bedroom and staff were great. Will be coming again

Pros: The staff were really good along with the location. They informed us about the nearest attractions and also gave us discount cards that can be used across the town. For sure will be coming back

Great budget hotel in central Madaba with friendly staff and a good breakfast.

Pros: Excellent staff, easy check in, good location, plenty of parking on the street outside. Good recommendation made for where to go to eat (the rooftop restaurant is still closed for refurbishment). Breakfast was plentiful and served in the lobby.

Cons: Hot water took a long time to arrive, but when it did it was genuinely hot with good water pressure.

Pros: Breakfast was tasty, easy to park the car. The room had everything and more. Get used to the mosque prayers in the early morning, but its the same all around jordan. Overall great experience and the guys working there were really helpfull
