War started, but Aqaba still nice place

Pros: Location close to main points, good wi-fi, nice personnel.

Cons: If you have window/ terrace on the front of hotel, there is traffic noise.

Pros: Clean. Smart, rooms a good size, WiFi strong and breakfast with a wide selection of food. Coffee was good. Staff are pleasant and the mattress is ultra comfortable. Location good for food outlets and supermarkets and approx 12 minutes trek to the public beach.

Cons: The hard pillows!!!!

Exceptional Service and Lication

Pros: We had an exceptional experience at Mass Plaza! We have booked two rooms. The hotel manager has offered us two adjacent rooms which was very handy. Both rooms were very clean and cosy, very spacious, both with balconies. Breakfast was very generous, with variety of food and drinks. Personnel is exceptionally polite and client oriented, ready to help with any question. The location is perfect - close to sea and close to various shops, cafes and restaurants. The hotel offers transfers and different guided tours - to Petra, to Wadi Rum and many more. We would highly recommend this hotel for short and long stays.

Cons: All was great, not a single complaint!

Pros: Great location, close to the sea and many restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean, with comfortable bed and all needed equipments. Maybe the only issue can be the noise from the street during night.

Great hotel at a central location

Pros: - Great hotel at a central location: lots of shopping, eating and sightseeing opportunities in walking distance. - Clean and tidy room - Amazing breakfast buffet - We were allowed to check in early, which was an amazing gesture. - The hotel has shuttle to a private beach at the Red Sea (beach is outside of the town). The shuttle and the private entry costs JOD 12.

Cons: - No negative experience whatsoever. I’d happily recommend the place.
