Pros: Reception were great, had a sense of humour and went above and beyond for me. Location was great, rooms clean and comfortable. I enjoyed breakfast - it is not a western breakfast but had lots of delicious things to try

Pros: The hotel gives great prices. Great location. Simple and practical entrance and rooms.

Cons: The bathroom had a small window that was covered by some wall outside. So there was no passage for the air. The smell in the bathroom would take hours to clear. I suggest installing at least a vent to clear smells out

Good sea and city view and next to a park.

Pros: Good view. (Part of seaview) Hotel has Rooftop floor. Breakfast was okay. Staff was very kindly. I like the Hall too. In the park there is a good seafood fastfood.

Exceptional hotel

Pros: Great location, close to shops and restaurants and also the marina. The hotel was very clean, comfy beds and lovely modern en-suite bathroom. We had a balcony on the 6th floor which had amazing views over Aqaba and the Red Sea. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast had a good selection of food, omelettes cooked fresh in front of you with your own choice of filling. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely staff, great location and comfortable room.

Pros: This was an excellent place to stay - comfortable, convenient for convenience stores, cafes and restaurants, and the staff were super helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious and, being from 6-9am, gave us plenty of time to eat without rushing. WiFi was good, room was clean, beds were really comfy - would happily stay there again.

Cons: Communication about an airport transfer was annoying as, despite several messages to the hotel via Booking.com's system, we didn't get confirmation until the day before we left for Jordan. Once that contact was made, they were very prompt in their responses (thankfully). My travelling companion/sister would like to see more coffee and fresh milk and less sugars!

Pros: Hotel is at a great location to explore the center of Aqaba. The staff, especially (I think) the ownder of the hotel was so kind, even helped us with our car's dead battery. Roooms were clean, large enough, breakfast was good.
