Oryx Hotel Aqaba

An excellent hotel!

Pros: We really enjoyed the three nights we spent in Aqaba. The staff is very friendly and kind, they treated us extremely well and made us feel at home. Ahmed was always taking great care of us, and the driver Mohamed is the best driver ever, he took us everywhere and always arrived very quickly whenever we called him to pick us up back. The location is perfect, right between downtown and the luxurious Ayla complex, full of shops, restaurants and beach clubs.

Pros: Its nice the staff is friendly The room is good The breakfast is good There is a mall next door They can also organize for you a day pass at a private beach

Pros: The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was very good. There is a free shuttle service to downtown as the hotel is a little way out.

Cons: All pretty good

Pros: The stuff in general were very friendly and supportive from the moment I had arrived till the moment I had left specially the recipients and valet parking team plus the house keeping stuff. I had enjoyed the extended courtesy they had offered me. I should say it I will not hesitate to book here again once I trave to Aqaba on the future.

A Cozy and Memorable Stay with Exceptional Service

Pros: Mr. Marwan, the hotel’s Housekeeping Supervisor, went above and beyond to make my stay truly enjoyable. I had such a cozy and relaxing stay that I even decided to extend my visit for a few extra days. The hotel breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Don’t miss it! The laundry service also took great care of my sensitive fabrics and returned them incredibly quickly. The thoughtful service during my stay genuinely impressed me.

Great staff, Great facilities, clean hotel

Pros: The welcome from the staff was exceptional. The personal details/attention in room was great. Shuttle bus service was very personal and perfect. Staff were brilliant.

Cons: There was group of guys opposite our family rooms that were very loud and walking up and down corridor making noises early hours of the morning. I also didnt like that we had to go through airport style security each time when going out of hotel and back in.

Pros: Fantastic friendly staff especially Ahmed and Mohamed in reception. Food was excellent and dinning room.staff very polite and helpful especially Fawat ...the Russian Almenda and the ladies from the Philippines.. Great hotel good value for money. Would definitely stay again.

Cons: Only one thing a problem at a lot of hotels these days unfortunately too much music by the pool but when l questioned it they took action straight away so all was good.

Pros: I really liked the idea of having transportation from the hotel — it’s such an amazing idea, and I truly appreciate the hotel management for it. I’d like to thank the restaurant team — they were amazing and very friendly, especially Mohammed, who was super kind and welcoming.

Cons: ‏The place was nice, but I had one problem in the bathroom — the shower faucet was worn out.
