The best staff care I have ever received!

Pros: When I stayed here I had already picked up a nasty virus in Egypt. At 2:30 I was so sick I needed to go to a hospital emergency room. When I went downstairs and asked the night manager Khaled to order me a taxi he informed me there wouldn’t be any at that time. What happened next was incredible - he organised 2 of his friends to come and take me to the hospital in his car. Not only that, his wonderful friends came inside, helped me get admitted and stayed with me the entire time )often chasing up doctors and test results) until I was discharged a few hours later and then drove me back to the hotel. My stay at My Hotel is now my most memorable hotel stay ever. Jordan as a country is so safe and hospitable, however My Hotel staff - esp Khaled went so far above and beyond I am so grateful and still a little shocked! Thank you thank you team and Khaled.

Pros: It’s was verry good Laith is a good person, people are verry nice!

Pros: Great location close to everything — restaurants, shops, and services. Very easy to reach. The staff were kind, helpful, and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Cons: Unfortunately, the sauna and jacuzzi were under maintenance, which was disappointing. Also, the sound insulation between rooms could be better.

Pros: The hotel and room were very nice, the staff very helpful and we enjoyed a lot also the rooftop and pool. The breakfast was amazing, full of everything, both salty and sweet, very delicious!! The position was also very good, in the city centre. Highly recommended.

Pros: Conveniently located near the market and restaurants. The staff, especially at reception, are very friendly and attentive to customer feedback. The rooms are exceptionally clean, and the rooftop pool offers a stunning view
