Pros: Although there were a couple of small details worth mentioning — such as the bathtub curtain and the fact that there was no hairdryer in the room — this was immediately resolved, as one was promptly delivered upon request. These minor points were completely overshadowed by the exceptional level of service. The staff was genuinely kind, welcoming, and consistently attentive. Responses were immediate, and the overall feeling was always “we are here to help.” While high-category hotels are expected to deliver excellent service, this experience truly went beyond expectations. I felt genuinely cared for, and that makes a lasting difference. The warmth and professionalism of the team created a rare sense of comfort and connection. Highly recommended for anyone who values authentic hospitality.

Pros: Excellent family stay We had a wonderful family stay at Menuer Hotel. Everything was positive — the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel is very family-friendly and made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. A special thanks to Mr. Amer, who was absolutely wonderful, very professional, and extremely helpful. His excellent attitude truly made a difference in our stay.

Cons: The only suggestion for improvement would be to add more variety to the breakfast buffet.

Nice hotel. Reasonable price and kind Staff

Pros: I would like to thank the staff at the hotel. Amer, Ali and all the other day and night receptionists and the housekeeping man. All were very helpful, kind and supportive. They answered all my questions and helped as much as they can. I appreciate all their help during my stay in Amman.
