Pleasant
Pros: The view was breathtaking. Since we were among the few guests at the camp, we requested a specific tent, which was accommodated. The bubble was quite spacious, with heating available, making the conditions comfortable. While it’s not a five-star hotel, it provided a great experience for living in the desert.
Cons: The cleanliness could have been improved. We struggled with a strong plastic smell at first, though we gradually got used to it. The towels were very old and not properly cleaned, and the same applied to the sheets. Some improvements in this area would be beneficial. Breakfast was generous and included a variety of food, but we were expecting the traditional zarb, which was not provided. We also requested a late check-out, but despite the camp being nearly empty, our request was denied. There was little flexibility, and at times, the staff came across as rude. Additionally, we didn’t get the full experience as promised; since there weren’t many guests, we received less, which felt unfair.

A pleasant stay. Views were exceptional though
Pros: I stayed in a Martian bubble room and it was super cool as an experience. Don’t expect 5 star accommodation, but it was very comfortable, with an aircon/hearer… large windows looking out at the dessert… staff were very nice and friendly (most couldn’t speak English, but were so helpful and attentive, especially Mohamed). Easy to get to and you can take your car there. Petrol station not too far away (5min drive)
Cons: Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, maybe I am fussy but didn’t have a good night sleep. Shower is moderately warm. I was literally the only guest (low season and war in the area), so food was not as per the pictures, but was decent.

Incredible experience! Fantastic Pod and views
Pros: Fantastic experience - the views are incredible and communication was great. The Pod had everything we needed. Room is well decorated and bathroom very clean. The dinner was incredible and our favourite meal out of our whole trip! Thank you for helping us arrange Star Gazing.
Cons: The pod door was a little tricky to close & lock. Got there in the end though :)

Magic experience amidst the desert's heart
Pros: My adventure into Zeina desert hotel amidst the desert landscape was an absolute dream come true. The seamless fusion of natural beauty and opulent comfort at Zeina exceeded all expectations. The attention to detail in the design of the “Bubbles”, along with the personalized service, truly made this experience exceptional. The evenings, under the star-studded sky, accompanied by great dinner and Bedouin tea, created an unforgettable atmosphere. The activities offered, from camel rides to jeep tour, added an extra layer of magic to this already enchanting experience. Big thank you! Definitely see you again!

A comfortable but not luxurious stay in stunning scenery with friendly staff and good food.
Pros: We liked: the view, the ambience, the food and the attentiveness of staff.
Cons: The communal tent was a little soulless. The windows in the tent/cabin were dirty. There was no hot water and very little cold.
