Our brother Motaz gave us excellent advice for our Petra trip. We would like to thank him endlessly for answering every question we asked with sincerity and patience. Pros: Exceptional Hospitality and Great Location Our stay at Moses Residence Hotel in Petra was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, Maotiz and the entire staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their outstanding hospitality, kindness, and attention to every detail. They truly go above and beyond to ensure guests are comfortable and happy. The hotel is in a great location, just 4 minutes by car from the Petra entrance, making it very convenient for visiting the site without the crowds and noise. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, and everything we needed was available, making our stay smooth and relaxing. If you’re looking for a place with excellent service, friendly staff, good facilities, and close proximity to Petra, Moses Residence is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended — we would definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect!

Pros: We just checked out of Moses Residence and everything was truly perfect. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-designed. The location is great, and the atmosphere of the property is very welcoming. Moataz was an amazing host — always kind, helpful, and available whenever we needed something. His hospitality really made our stay even better. I absolutely recommend this place and would gladly stay here again. And don’t forget, Moses Residence feels like your home! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pros: We had a great stay at Moses residence! Motaz is very welcoming and offered us great tips on how best to visit Petra with our 2 day pass. He also arranged all the transport for us! The rooms are super clean, spacious and comfortable. They are cleaned daily. Breakfast was amazing and on the days we went to Petra early a packed breakfast was arranged for us. Advice on restaurants was also great! Jordanian food is incredible!
