Great, but a bit far from Petra entrance
Pros: The room was very nice, big and clean. It had a double and a single bed and good views. The price was excellent for what you got. Breakfast was also good.
Cons: The downsides were that the remote for the TV didn’t work so it made the TV effectively useless. It’s a bit of a walk to the Petra visitor centre as well. They were supposed to offer a free shuttle but it did not run when we went (Sep 2024) due to very few guests. They don’t respond to any emails or queries before arrival. Also don’t take their tour to Wadi rum, you have to pay extra for the bus to get there and back not included and the tour provider in wadi rum they sent is to was terrible, better to go on the public bus and sort out your own camp/tour etc.

Was enough
Pros: Owners were very friendly and helpful. They organized a tour to Wadi Rum by good price and made a reservation for a local bus to Wadi Rum.
Cons: A little bit far from Petra but they have a shuttle twice per a day. The rooms were not very clean but for me was ok. They have hot water but you should wait for a while. No toilet paper , soap in the bathrooms. But I had everything with me. You don't have high expectations by this price.
