A pleasant stay and good location for the price.

Pros: The owner was very friendly. He invited us to a Ramadan dinner with his family, which was really delicious. The room was spacious and clean.

Amazing location and amazing staff !

Pros: We stayed in a family room, it was clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Location is great, walking distance (5-10 minutes maybe less) to the busy tourist part of Amman. Property location is great because it’s not that busy but walk a few minutes and the streets are packed. Would definitely recommend staying here !

Pros: We had an amazing stay in Juniper House even though we just stayed one night there. After arrival, the owner talked with us, and we felt like coming home. We got a few necessary information about our staying, the owner was really kind, friendly and funny. The house was big enough for 5 people, we got two separate rooms. We wanted to visit Petra as early as possible and for him it wasn't a problem, he prepared our breakfast at night so we could start our day at whatever time we wanted. He gave a few tips on how to eat like Jordanian people and food was really taste. We are happy that we chose to stay in Juniper House. Thank you so much for everything.

Pros: The accommodation was beautiful, but it could have been a little cleaner. The breakfast was very good. I recommend the hotel

An Excellent calm, quite and clean place to stay

Pros: Nice, clean and peaceful place.Owner was an amazing person with so down to earth attitude ... that made th stay worth it. Place is a bit empty due to low footfall of tourists due to war in the zone but the place was much worth the money paid

Cons: nothing much.it is bit empty place with not many visitors staying at that place but none of tbis was cause of the property or owner

Pros: Our family of 5 absolutely loved our 3 nights stay at Juniper House. Our host, Zaid is a lovely man who did everything he could to help us and make us comfortable. Our apartment was huge and very pleasant. The apartment is well located, about a 10 minute walk to Petra entrance but more coming back because Wadi Musa is seriously hilly. We ended up driving down for our 2nd day in Petra - there is free parking near the entrance. Zaid speaks good English, which was both helpful in sorting out practicalities but also meant we could speak with him about many things. Like elsewhere in Jordan, Wadi Musa is very safe for wandering around - you will have people welcoming you to Jordan at every turn. Highly recommend, thank you so much Zaid and family for a wonderful experience.

Pros: Our host was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and spacious. The location was good - just 20 minutes walk to the entrance of Petra

Cons: We stayed 3 nights and on our second night there was no water which was frustrating after a hot day in Petra. Our host was able to fix the problem by late in the evening, but he kept us informed and was very apologetic.

Convenient, family-friendly overnight near Petra

Pros: The apartment was spacious, convenient to Petra, and the host and family were very attentive to our needs.

Cons: There were no pots or other means to heat water in the kitchen. So we couldn't have coffee or tea for breakfast even though the host gave us free 3in1 packets. We departed early on a Friday morning so there was no way to resolve this situation.

Authentic and kind!

Pros: The host was superb, very helpful and he resolved the issues we had with the facilities in our flat. The breakfast was excellent and we also had dinner with the host. I definitely recommend the stay here.

Cons: The kitchen was not 100% functioning, but the truth is that we did not need it that much.
