A peaceful and enjoyable stay surrounded by nature.

Pros: We stayed at Seleucia DaR Umm Qais for two nights and had a very pleasant experience. The accommodation is comfortable and the overall atmosphere is calm and relaxing. The garden is beautiful and the natural surroundings make this a lovely place to unwind and enjoy some quiet time. We felt welcome throughout our stay and everything contributed to a comfortable visit. We would happily return in the future and would certainly recommend this place to family and friends.

The property is beautifully located in nature, with a lovely garden that makes the stay feel calm and relaxing. It is a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The accommodation itself was comfortable and well maintained, and we felt very welcome during our stay. Everything contributed to a relaxed and enjoyable experience. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and would happily stay here again.

Pros: My partner and stayed in Seleucid as we explored and experienced the joys of Umm Qais. This home was so comfortable we extended our stay! From the very comfortable bed, to the lovely lounge room, then to the well appointed kitchen where we cooked meals from produce bought a walk away locally. Being winter the A/C ensured we were cozy in the evening and the sun-drenched patio was the perfect place for our breakfast.

Pros: Lovely rooms, comfortable bed, aircon and heating was lovely. Really good wifi. Good location. Tv was nice for the evenings. Kitchen was great. Views from the porch across the valley was nice. 10/10 would stay again.

Pros: Everything was beautiful: the cleanliness, the comfort of the bed, the wonderful balcony with its view. Ahmed was extremely helpful.

Pros: The host has gone to a lot of trouble to make the single storey house/apartment feel homely and comfortable. Communication with the host was very easy and Hisham, who met us when we arrived, carried our suitcases in, and prepared breakfast, could not have been more helpful and friendly. The house is spacious with separate lounge, kitchen and (two) bedrooms. It is a short distance from the main road and easy to find. It is also very convenient for visiting the Umm Qais Archeological Site. There were adequate cooking facilities, a good supply of hot water, and the air-conditioning worked. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor terrace where Hisham served us breakfast.

Cons: Nothing really. We perhaps misguidedly, decided not to arrange to have dinner (at 10 JD a head). We eventually found Yamama Restaurant but it was was not easy and involved passing through a military checkpoint where our passports (which, fortunately, we had with us) were closely scrutinised. The Wi-Fi wasn't working, but we understand these things happen.

Pros: Mohammad prepares great meals. Dinner and breakfast are good options.

Pros: Clean, quiet, at 5 min by car from the ruins. Nice balcony. Tasty traditional breakfast. AC was working.

Cons: It would be great to have a nice garden or to arrange the rooftop.
