Great stay, wonderful host - would come back

Pros: We stayed for three nights and had an exceptionally warm welcome from the host. Wonderful food served on the balcony with great views over miles and miles of open countryside. Convenient location for the ruins, and for hiking - very close to the start of the Jordan Trail

Pros: My son and I really enjoyed our stay at Al-Bustan House. The location is a short ten minute walk away from the archeological site of Um Quais. The view from the big terrace towards the hills and ruins is fantastic. We enjoyed our delicious dinner ( vegetarian on our request) outside and had an equally good breakfast with lots of variety outside in the sun. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. We both had a good sleep under our comfortable warm blankets in this quiet surroundings. We wished we could have stayed longer. Thanks to our welcoming host!

Pros: I liked the idea of providing a country house far from the hustle and bustle of Oman in a privileged location, close to Roman services and monuments The location is beautiful and the trees are beautiful in the garden, you can walk to the Roman ruins without the need to drive a car. I also liked the idea of discharging the work on site because it is not available in Um Qais, the cashier of the host made a payment for me. The host has good ideas in designing the house, which is large and spacious, and everything is available with all transparency. I recommend visiting the residence in this place and waking up in the morning to see the sunrise with a beautiful panoramic view, overlooking the mountains and nature and easy Umm Qais I will definitely be back
