Excellent experience

Pros: The stay was very comfortable. The level of cleanliness was excellent, and the place was quiet at all times. The staff were cooperative and responded quickly to any requests. It was a good experience, and I recommend it.

Pros: Staff were very nice and friendly. The place was super clean, eith cleaning service every day on your demand. The location is great, close to all what you need from shops/ pharmacies and not far from the centre. Customer's service is amazing, they are very helpful in all ways. I will book this place every time I go to Jordan, it worth it.

Clean, luxurious, great service.

Pros: I loved how clean and hotel like it felt. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, there's even a vanity table. The aircon worked fine and we had the perfect temperature. The water pressure in the showers was sufficient and they provided enough towels and shampoo. The wifi was super fast too. I asked for an additional frying pan, washing liquid and laundry detergent and they immediately helped. We didn't know how to operate the TV, and after calling reception, we had someone come sort it in two minutes. The location is great too because there are restaurants, patisserie, shops within walking distance. And a taxi to other areas in Amman is 10-20 minutes away at a cost of 2-4 dinars.

Cons: Everything was great.
