Pros: The room was clean and cozy. The air conditioning in the bedroom worked well and it was warm. Nice landlord

Cons: The air conditioner only heats the bedroom. In winter, the rest of the rooms are cold. The hot water runs out quickly, not enough for even one person to shower.

A very decent hotel in Petra

Pros: • Petra Heaven Boutique is a traditional hotel in the center of Petra. The location of the hotel is very convenient for every transportation in the town either on foot or by car. • Our room was very spacious, with its living room, a big bedroom and the bathroom that was also comfortable enough. • Breakfast was served in the room and it contained different products -sweet and salted snacs. However, the highlight was the dinner. When Ahmed will propose you to taste hotel's food, just trust him! It was the best dinner we had in Jordan! • Ahmed was the best host I have ever met in my trips. He was very friendly and helpful. I could contact him anytime during the day. When we first arrived at the hotel, he took us for a quick drive inside the town so as to guide us and he gave us all the necessary information for our trip. • Nice choice and also value for money.

Everything you neeed + helpful and kind staff

Pros: We would come back without a doubt! Confortable and quiet hotel, we had all we needed: good beds, heating, nice warm shower, breakfast served at the time we asked, everything clean and nice. The highlight, though, has been the owner, who was beyond kind: he was extremely responsive and helpful every time we needed something. Also, we were two women and we always felt 100% safe and comfy. Very recommended!
