Pros: The facility, service staff and menu variety is amazing.

Cons: We had to wait for over 40mins at the reception for the shuttle on our arrival and missed the sunset during that day.

Amazing Super Stay experience

Pros: The view from the restaurant was super, atar gazing was just a walking distance. The staff was very warm and welcoming, they took very good care of us.. I would like to thank @Ziad and his team for the hospitality.

Can be incredible with a few changes to make it better

Pros: Some things really amazing about this place: - location in desert was incredible and very private - the stargazing opportunity via the place is incredible and was a real highlight - don’t miss it as it was highlight of most peoples trip - the pods were fun and a hotel like no other - good ac and heat for winter months in rooms - the hot tub was fantastic - the Sudanese and Filipino staff work long shifts and were all incredible and very helpful - thank you guys!

Cons: There’s a few things you expect a lot more from for the price-I agree with the reviews others have left. - it needs a reverb, the showers are tatty and things like front door, wooden platforms need a refresh - I didn’t have a hammock or cushion on chairs outside - had to call twice to get them which seemed a bit weird, why don’t they all have them? - my hot water didn’t work for a full day. After two cold showers, it finally got fixed but for the price, it would have been nice to be offered something. I appreciate it’s the desert but still. - they should get an alcohol license, don’t forget to bring your own!

Nice for 1 night, but a bit too commercialized

Pros: Location in the middle of desert, vibe, jacuzzi under the stars, food💫

Cons: It doesn't look exactly like on pictures, but it’s not bad… I think I couldn't be there more then 2 nights but for short stay is very cool… No privacy in the toilet I was disappointed with the tours organized by the resort. They were poorly executed and definitely not worth the price. I strongly suggest booking tours outside the resort, where you can find better quality and more personalized experiences for a much lower cost.

Enjoyed it but not worth the price

Pros: The experience was lovely and a once in a lifetime moment. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: Our room wasn’t ready despite arriving 45 mins after check in time. The floor gave us all splinters and we did not get provided with a hammock despite seeing other bubbles with one. Food was not labelled and travelling with a nut allergy can be difficult, we asked staff for clarification of what was in the meals but they were not sure.

Pros: The room was exactly as described. The bed was very comfortable. We had breakfast and dinner here and it was fantastic. Excellent stay.
